Supplement Comparison Methodology
Our comparisons focus on details that can actually be checked. A longer ingredient list or a louder promise does not make one supplement better than another.
What we compare
- Product identity and current label information
- Ingredient amounts when they are available
- Serving directions and warnings
- How complete the available information is
- Current commercial terms when they can be confirmed
What the table cannot tell you
A comparison cannot prove that a supplement will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition, and it cannot replace individual medical advice. Missing information stays missing instead of being guessed.
