Editorial Policy
We write for people who want clear supplement information without a wall of promotional language. Product names, label facts, general educational context, and marketing claims are treated as different things.
Sources
For product-specific details, we prefer the current package, Supplement Facts panel, manufacturer material, or another appropriate primary source. Formulas, directions, warnings, prices, and return terms can change.
Health claims
An ingredient with an established nutritional role does not automatically prove that a finished supplement will produce the same result. We avoid guaranteed outcomes, disease-treatment claims, invented review scores, and unsupported statements about clinical proof.
Corrections
When something is outdated or unsupported, we correct it, qualify it, or remove it. Clear uncertainty is better than false precision.
